Township establishments, subdivision of land, consolidation of land, servitude surveys, lease area surveys, Sectional Title surveying and consulting, construction supervisory surveys as well as tracing legal property boundaries.
We also do assist with unpacking the conditions of title, issue Land Surveyor's certificates for your bank or municipal requirements.
The Sole Director of the firm is Kennedy Bunga who holds a BSc. Honors degree in Land Surveying. He has more than 11 years hands on experience in the built environment industry, and is able to give a personal service on your land development.
Kennedy is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor and Sectional Titles Practitioner with South African Geomatics Council and is a professional member of the South African Geomatics Institute.
