I wanted to dye my shoes a navy blue to match jeans and went to Eldo square laundry. I was quite impressed how affordable they are. Unfortunately they couldn't dye my shoe but they were very effecient in informing me and very helpful as well. Will definately go back there again
Took washing to Eldo Square Laundry. 2nd time that I took washing there. Service was good the first time. 2nd time received washing back and realized 2 days after that my jean was not returned. After making 3 enquiries with the manager he said that he did everything in his power to locate the jeans but no luck. He asked what I suggest as a solution. Informed him that he had to reimburse me and he said that he couldn't do that as there was no prove that the jeans was lost there. Very disappointed in his attitude. Will never take washing there again. They want to operate as a business but don't want to take responsibility as a business. I was assured that this has never happened before but how will I know!
