Mindful Trinity was founded in 2019. As anxiety, stress, depression, burnout and suicide increased in society, Mindful Trinity saw a need to introduce a solution by bringing yoga and mindfulness to communities, schools and corporates. Our vision is to offer a space for individuals to flourish and to find balance within their lives. Yoga promotes a mind-body-spirit connection, such as mindfulness with breathing techniques and movement. We teach all levels of practitioners and use props to enhance poses, if yoga props are not available then we make use of household props such as chairs, pillows, blankets, towels etc.
Our aim is to create a safe and stress-free environment where employees are encouraged to find balance and become more productive by eliminating stress, anxiety, depression etc. With the introduction of yoga to the workforce, management will immediately notice a transformation of their employees.
