If I could give no star rating I would. Absolutely pathetic service from the owner of this company. The owner of this company picked up my printer on 5/7/19 to fix and demanded upfront payment. He misdiagnosed the problem, yet took my money and to date, I have still not received my printer and refund back. This company is a scam, unprofessional & I will not recommend it to anybody!
