In those early days, the company had a staff complement of four and utilised one delivery vehicle. Through Mark and his team’s dedication and commitment to service excellence, the company grew steadily – and now the 20 staff and five delivery vehicles operate from industrial-sized kitchen premises in the Bayhead / Maydon Wharf area, Durban. Our wealth of knowledge and solid hospitality background has enabled Catering Supreme to become the market leader in the catering field in KwaZulu-Natal and they feel they have raised the service delivery level and product standards as a whole within the local hospitality industry. From the initial discussion with a client through to completion of the service contract, the company strives to give personalized, individual attention.
