Our cleaning methods are Smart, Convenient and Efficient
Smart – We use less electricity, less water to ensure quick drying, and using environmentally friendly detergents. Our technicians are trained to determine the proper cleaning required and to operate equipment to its most effective levels.
Convenient – There is no down time with our work, meaning you can safely walk on your carpet whilst our technicians are still working.
Efficient – Our cleaning methods have been designed in a manner that makes carpet cleaning much quicker with less effort being applied, but at the same time help remove soil, spots and gum on your carpet and upholstery.
Methodology
Carpets: We use two methods in cleaning and maintaining carpets, the first one is dry carpet cleaning where we apply our Couzin’s Care pre-spray for carpet cleaning and our carpet machine. With this method, the carpet doesn’t get wet, which enables you to still utilize the room while being cleaned.
The second method is the wet n dry extraction. This method is used in severe cases to restore your carpet. We don’t recommend this method as a regular cleaning method as there are negative implications involved
Upholstery Chairs & Couches: for the cleaning of upholstery chairs and couches, mattresses, office screens, we use a wet and dry extraction method, which we highly recommend, whereby we also apply our Couzin’s Care pre-spray for upholstery, brush off the dirt and then extract
