I received poor service from Selfast Kempton park, when i tried to Exchange an Item for a size bigger, the item was in its original purchase and i had the cash sale slip.I had the item kept for 1month because of their times i was unable to return it. I explained but was given the 3rd Degree...all I wanted was to exchange the item, Whaida made asked me not to shop there again. I was about to change the Item at the till points when i asked what her name was the manager and Whaida threw me out, i was not helped im very disgusted at their behaviour.
