Complaint- about the level of poor management and terrible customer service by Benazir and Ahmed. Ahmed is extremely immature when approached both in person and when I called in for assistance with some of your purchased stock. He is rude, arrogant and vulgar attitude is disasteful when it comes to business. I am sadly disappointed that he is apart of your growing brand that speaks so proudly of 50 years+ service but aims to deliver on such a low scale.Please do not promote bad management and service within your company, rather promote them on the basis of their hard work and the fit to profile of the position. A manager should not have a don't care attitude and tell me that I can call who I want but he won't help. It is this attitude that lends itself to lazy workers,when the owner is not around, he can play "owner", not realising that it takes hard work forged on years of good customer relations.Sadly, Ahmed has made a mockery of your ideals and your Brand.
