Studio Ideate (Pty) Ltd provides built-asset solutions for homeowners, businesses, landlords, body corporates and property owners in KwaZulu-Natal. We bring architectural thinking, construction capability and project management together through one accountable team, from the initial brief to delivery.
Our services include architecture and building plans; site assessments and project management; construction, alterations and renovations; structural repairs, roofing and waterproofing; flood and storm damage assessment and insurance reinstatement; plumbing, geysers and leak detection; electrical work; carpentry, ceilings, painting and coordinated property maintenance. Specialist and regulated work is scoped and assigned to appropriately qualified practitioners.
Studio Ideate Property Care supports planned upkeep for homes, business premises, rental portfolios, common property and building-fabric maintenance at facilities and industrial sites. Start with a defined, paid assessment and an individually agreed service scope. Materials, replacement parts, extra labour and specialist work are separately scoped and quoted. Online subscriptions and debit-order billing are not currently available.
Based in Durban, KZN, South Africa, we serve properties within our 60 km service area, with the exact address, road route, scope and availability confirmed before attendance. Travel is planned within a 120 km return limit.
