Currently our office is located in Durban, Kwazulu-Natal. We commenced practice in 1994 and have been practice for 24 years.

Our current team consists of 24 team members. Majority of our staff members are graduate levels or post graduate levels as we believe in accelerating the growth of the individual in the context of the team. We believe in an entrepreneurial model with flat structures and autonomous business units. We are of the opinion that the team members that are closest to the client are able to make appropriate decisions based on our value systems. Directors are a resource to all teams. However, we believe that all members, team leaders and directors must be approachable and have an open door policy as is the case in family centered cultures. We would often draw on members of different teams to “brain-storm issues and solutions” and all members have subscribed to the above.
