Fast, friendly and professional service. I couldn't believe they do not throttle or shape their lines. Installation was incredibly fast within a few days of signing up. Great prices too. I haven't seen service at this level in ages. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service and communication

IPComms have over 15 years experience in delivering reliable Internet & Telephony Services to consumers and businesses across the world. With offices in the South Africa and the UK we are still a small, independent service provider with a strong focus on ensuring each of our customers' individual needs are met.

We've built and manage our own infrastructure with the exception of last mile connectivity to our customers' premises. This means we have full control over the experience our customers have and have minimal reliance on 3rd parties to resolve issues should they occur.

Customer support is key to us. You will speak directly to one of our support engineers for support who will be able to assist with any technical issues you may have - no need for call centres or to be transferred from department to department.
