Thermo Seal Waterproofing has been established in 2012 under guidance of Johan van Zyl, a qualified Architect, who saw the potential of the new application technologies existing in the waterproofing and coating industry. THERMO SEAL has been involved in a high variety of projects all over South Africa and Namibia ranging from small residential decks and balconies, high end value residential, Industrial and commercial, water retention tanks and plants, several bridge decks, parking decks, pools and so much more.

We have four main categories of service, i.e.:
1/ Waterproofing
2/ Roof rehabilitation of asbestos and sheet metal roofs
3/ Industrial floor repairs and applications
4/ Foam insulation
