This company has provided me with the absolute worst service I have ever received. I phoned ahead to obtain a quote for some equipment and was given a quote by one Mr Dennis Botha. On arrival a the prior quote was not relevant, and they attempted to charge R1300 MORE than quoted. Upon contacting Mr Dennis Botha himself to query this difference, I was subjected to a one sided conversation that would not allow for me to fully express the problem or even get a word in edgeways. after becoming irate at the interupting, patronizing manner in which I was being talked over, I was then hung up on! Instead of hearing the full issue, and addressing the problem at hand, the conversation was monopolized and reduced to a one-sided exchange. I am absolutely DISGUSTED at this service. Once again...let's recap..INACCURATE QUOTATIONS(in this case a full R1390 difference!!),.INADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Industrial Welding Supplies was started by the late Mr. A.H. Botha in 1969, 46 years ago in East London, South Africa. He passed away in 2003. Mr. Botha's son, Dennis and Clifton Donald currently own and manage the business.

The company moved to its own premises in 1982 where it is housed today. The company has grown and now also has a branch in Mthatha.
