i am so impressed with their friendly natured staff, its always a quick shop after work, even though theyre so busy . rating 5! :) keep it up

The service and staff efficiency has improved hugely in the last few months. Stock choice still a bit limited but can see that they have to assess customer needs and rotation of stock so that products do not sit.
Need screw in bulbs! DELI: freshly made items tend to come out a bit late in the am i.e. curry bunnies. BOTTLE STORE: going through a great layout change but also limited choice with certain brands. Find prices compared to up the road competitiors more expensive....by about R6.00 on certain scotches! Would like to see more plants in the front which do need to be watered. MEATS: of a good quality & choice.
OVERALL: Keep up the good work & effort....Not easy pleasing everyone!

Unacceptable and very unprofessional supervisor at Beacon Bay OK Grocer. Walking and shouting at her staff in front of all the customers including the customer her poor staff member was busy serving. When i tell her first how un professional it is she says well she makes mistakes all the time and i replied, you do not do it that way but in private away from your customers and then suddenly she wasnt actuslly shouting. One of the teller ladies says to me on my way out gee i wish you were my boss. Treat your staff with respect and you will receive the same.
