JDE provided Structural Engineering services on 2 fast track ELIDZ Warehouse projects (45000 m2) during 2019/2020. Services included Structural Steel Design and Specialized Concrete flooring applications. Designs were thoroughly detailed and punctually issued, As a Principal Agent on the projects, we found Juan to have a pleasant disposition, and always willing to solve potential problems.

We have recently completed three factories in East London where we were the Structural Engineers. Our duties included: - Preliminary design and detailing for costing purpose. - Final structural design and preparing structural steel and concrete drawings for construction. - Attending site meetings. - Monitor construction to ensure work is according to the required details and standards. - Provided engineering certificates on completion of the work.
