The worst service ever. No respect for client concerns. Tar paving cracked from day 2.

Tried my best to communicate with the client so that I could attend to her complain. Instead she opted on paying the amount she suggested from our balance payment and withheld the rest. She said we should leave everything as it was and said what she paid is what she saw equivalent to the work done. I believe she did not want to pay the rest of the balance, she took advantage that her work was done.
