Schoeman Construction has assisted me with two domestic building projects. The first was a retaining wall to stabilize a section of the front garden for landscaping. The second being interior changes to an out building. Both were completed successfully and to my satisfaction. Schoeman Construction further assisted with heavy industrial work on a factory site where concrete roadways were replaced, numerous walls built and repaired and internal doors replaced. His work was of a high standard and always on time. I would recommend him and his team to anyone seeking an honest hardworking team to do your construction work for you.

Charl has done a number of alterations for us including paving, installation of a built in braai, replacement of barge boards, eaves and gutters and the relocation of a vibracrete fence. I have always found him to be reliable, his workmanship is good and his rates are reasonable

Removing walls and guest toilet. Had him return to remove floor tiles and textile ground floor of townhouse. His 3rd alteration was sealing electrics and retiling kitchen wall. I was so relaxed having Charl and his crew working in my house while I was working. He was there most of the time overseeing the crew(this was told to me by neighbour as she was so impressed) His crew cleaned up at the end of the day. This was amazing and meant so much to me.
