Pro sent a quote on Whatsapp, i enquired if they were registered with the WCC and COID -they have sent no response. We as a Body Corporate requested for companies that are registered with the WCC and COIDA because they will be required to get on ladder hence they need to be covered.
I had previously complained about the service from Parkridge plumbers and fortunately the company managed to contact me and resolve my issues..I am very happy with how things turned out and will continue to use their services in future
The worse service ever..instead of fixing the problem with the geyser, he created another leakage, did respond to any of my texts or calls once I notified him of this...doesnt take pride in his work nor business, and will create more problems then solutions!!!
