I requested quotes for Pest Control. A very professional & friendly Desiree @ GermGuard phoned & inquired exactly what I want. I explained my requirements & she promised a formal Quote, which I received, almost immediately. The Quote stated they’re based in Empangeni, I then informed them I’m in Toti, to which they said they services Clients here too. I was very impressed with the fast, professional & friendly service I was already given. Then, my Landlord informed me later he arranged with someone & I had the sad & disappointing task to inform GermGuard we will not be taking up the offer. I felt so bad, but in the same wonderful manner, they assured me they totally understand. The contractor came, did it & just by his attitude & service manner, I personally, will not use him. The price GermGuard quoted me (house & flat) was what he charged for just my flat. I’m keeping GermGuard's nr as I believe the way you interact with your potential customers is the same way you provide a service.
