I have 13 years' experience in the property industry. It provided me with extensive knowledge. I first started working in the property industry on the 12th of July 2009, entering into a partnership (G & C van der Merwe Attorneys - when I left it was a successful business). I was a partner at the firm until February 2021. In addition to that, I owned a separate business, a Multinet Home loans franchise. I was successful with that business as well, but I closed it in 2017, so that I could pursue further studies. I have recently revived similar businesses (1. Charl van der Merwe Attorneys, which complies with all legalities: (Fidelity Fund Certificate: FFC 00210/21); (Firm nr at the Legal Practice Council: F68273); (My membership number: M33302) & 2. E-bonds - which is a franchise of Multinet Home Loans).

Through my work I gained extensive knowledge in these transactions. Additionally, I draft contracts, tailor made to a clients' requirements, making provision for any legalities required by law. Over the years I've built up industry related contacts, including attorneys, originators, estate agents, town planners, architects, and so forth.
