I recently took my elderly dad to see Mr. Moosa, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Mr. Moosa was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my dad felt comfortable and understood each step. His care and professionalism truly put us at ease.

Dr Moosa's service was incredible! He first explained the anatomy of the human ear , the problem my dad was experiencing ,the psychological impact of hearing loss on an individual and how their family can offer support to them. He then went on to prescribe appropriate hearing aids for my dad ,taught him how to use them,take care of them and Mr Moosa even connected the hearing aids to his device .What I admired the most is that he was patient and answered all our questions as a family. I highly recommend him to anyone that is experiencing a hearing problem!

Dr Moosa did a very thorough screening to test my hearing , and made hearing aids for me which has changed my quality of life and has been a life altering experience. I received excellent service from Dr. Moosa. He explained every step of the way, and he deep cleaned my ears from years of build up, where other doctors just cleaned on the surface.
