Sunflower Unisex Hair & Beauty Salon N1 City, Goodwood  Verification Pending

Yesterday I visited Sunflower Goodwood. Covid protocols were well in place. The lady her hair was about on her shoulder that washed my hair was so rough and never in my life had 3 washes that felt like 1/2 a wash in under a minute for all. Conditioner went on my head was softly pressed twice and there it was rinsed off. When I told her to be gentle with my head as she came across in such a hurry and rough she told me with an attitude well she wash hair every day and no1 complained before. She even looked at her colleague and he/she rolled their eyes at me instead of helping her to apologies. All I wanted of her was to take her time and be more gentle as I'm a paying customer. I would've enjoyed some time spent with my hair at the basin. I'm not 1 to complain and I love supporting small businesses but if this is the treatment received then I won't set foot in any of the Sunflower groups unfortunately. I don't believe in customers are always right but I do believe in customer service.

The receptionist was welcoming. She suggested I take a Brazilian instead of relaxer. Glad I did. She also recommends promotions that will fit my pocket. The stylist was also nice. Let me at ease because it was my 1st time at the salon. Thanks Sunflower. Excellent service. ??

I have my Brazilian done by Nikki, at Cape Gate, who always does my hair. I am extremely satisfied with the results whenever she does my hair. She is always professional, curteous, pleasant, diligent and thorough when handling clients It is always a pleasure having my hair done by her, I don't mind waiting but usually only want my hair done by her and I am always very satisfied with the results. Thank you for your excellent service.

Did acrylic nails and the quality was bad.
