To whom it may cocnern

I have recently spent time in the MTN shop in Pepper Grove, Grahamstown, and been assisted by Javon and Jolene. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate their excellent service. They are both friendly, patient and willing to go the extra mile in terms of helping me. I am a "techno dinosaur" and really struggle so they did me such a fantastic service helping me the way they did. Their fantastic service extended not just to me but to other customers too.

It is service like this which keeps people returning to a place. They are a credit to your business.

I have phoned this Grahamstown MTN shop about 30 times today and only got a hold of someone once, and they failed to help me. Service is terrible.
