Happy with the finished building and after services snags. The builder is a professional with work ethics and high attention to detail.

Can't believe that client only gave 3 x star award for this project. We put our heart and sole in this project facing and conquering immense challenges (the client himself admitted that any other builder would probably have given up and disappeared taking into consideration the nature and intricacy of the challenges presented). Ah well, can't win them all I suppose!!!

With most clients, the intricacies of construction work tends to be underestimated. In order to derive at a quality outcome, it is sometimes necessary to invest an extra amount of time with the project (albeit communicating well with the client).

I HAD A ROOM EXTENTION AND ENSUIT BUILT. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE BUILDING PART OF THE PROJECT. AZEEZ THE BUILDER IS VERY PARTICULAR AND PRECISE IN WHAT HE DOES. ALWAYS ON TIME AT WORK. COMMUNICATION IS FAIR. THE PLUMBING WAS A GRAVE ISSUE WITH US THERE IT SHOWED LACK OF PROFESSIONAL APTITUDE. THEY ARE TRUSWORTHY. ONE HAS TO HAVE PATIENCE AS TIME GIVEN IS NOT TIME TAKEN TO COMPLETE PROJECT. GIVE AND TAKE HICCUPS HERE AND THERE. WOULD BE NICE IF THEY COULD HAVE A BRIEF WITH THE CUSTOMER ONCE DONE AND NOT JUST LEAVE PROJECT.

The issue with the plumber is a bit regrettable; our regular plumber was unavailable at the time due to personal reasons.
With regard to the Client's brief, we did engage in a subsequent meeting and addressed whatever issues at hand. We communicated with the client throughout the project.

Huro Construction has been the construction company of choice for over ten years, doing minor and major alterations inside and outside my house. Their quality of workmanship, reliability, professionalism, delivery on time have influenced this choice of preference despite their higher than average labour price in comparison with other construction companies. I have no hesitation in recommending Huro construction company to undertake any construction work, however expectation from both client and builder is best encapsulated in a written contract that protects both client and builder during and after the construction phase. Honesty and transparency must underpin this relationship between client and builder for any successful building endeavour. I will strongly recommend any prospective clients to purchase their own materials of choice, as the final product of the alteration is to a large extent influenced by the quality of the materials used and workmanship.
