Montavigus Projects and Tours CC trading as Montavigus Training was founded during 2001 by Magda Benadé.
Magda gained her knowledge and skills by working her way up the corporate ladder, starting off with procurement in the electronic manufacturing industry, finance and costing in the armourments, insurance and baking industries and finally made a swift entry into the wine and tourism industries.
Magda started her own business in 2000 when she set up a hydroponic system with a partner and produced tomatoes, cucumbers and baby marrows. This added spice to a variety of competencies and became a valuable experience when training business development.
Montavigus is a CATHSSETA accredited training provider since 2008. We specialise in the training and development of tourist guides, hospitality skills, entrepreneurship, junior management and a variety of organisational specific skills and soft skills.
