Base Fit specializes in effective fitness programs. We have two products: Base Fit Sport: specifically for enduro and #2: Base Fit Body: burn fat and shape up. Our approach is structured result driven with variable training levels to suit all levels of fitness. Our objectives are muscle strength, endurance, core stability, balance as well as huge amounts of fat burning and body shaping.
