Mzizi Ndlabathe Consulting and Projects is a town planning firm which has been in existence since 2007. The company is comprised of town planners and who have over 10 years experience collectively. We provide town planning services dealing primarily with rezoning, special consent, subdivision and consolidation services, township establishments, and rural housing projects.

We have a wealth of knowledge regarding the latest town planning legislation which makes it possible for us to handle any application. We have a 100% approval rate and have worked with both public and private sector clients. Our abilities are in layout design with the use of AutoCAD. We have a network of other built environmental professionals such as Environmental Specialists, Civil and Structural Engineers, Architects and Urban Designers, Geotechnical Engineers, and Land Surveyors who form part of our team.
