Why I do what I do
In my eight years as a professional, I have developed a passion for the transformative power of uncovering and developing individuals’ capacity to grow through learning.
What I do
My aim is to identify the underlying cause of a learning difficulty by using educational assessment as a tool. Using these results, I provide structured and detailed intervention plans to parents, teachers and other healthcare professionals to support a child in overcoming their barriers to learning – from dyslexia, ADHD and anxiety, to giftedness, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, autism and more.
Where I have worked
My work in the field of education has spanned from private practice to corporate learning and skills development. I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as an Educational Psychologist.
How I do what I do
I believe in providing a focused and specialist service, and it is for this reason that I choose to take on a limited number of cases.
