ati + The Studio (Pty) Ltd is a pan-African multi-disciplinary architecture studio that provides property development advisory, investments and asset management in addition to architecture design services. The studio was conceptualized in 2013 but formally operated in 2017.
The studio intends to provide sustainable and contemporary design solutions, learning from past project experiences, experimenting, risk assessment to find creative solutions to current projects in the field of architecture and property development. The studio specializes in conceiving modern, sustainable architectural design and detail that intends to resolve complex issues into opportunities that take into account environmental issues and concerns, values of the building and strives to provide significant savings in operation, occupancy and tenanting the building.

Building design looking at building functions from inception to close-out and compliance with council regulations
Interior design
Provide interior design services advising on building interior conditions, finishes and aesthetics.
Sustainable design
Optimize building orientation, building envelope, energy and water efficiency and water conservation to ensure they comply with Sans 10400 XA and energy conservation and environmental standards.
Brief development and administrating contract
Assist in conceptualizing the brief and dealing with building contractor administration to ensure the building is according to statutory design and planning permission.
Project management
The studio has an architectural professional registered with SACAP to provide the standard services to also provide obligations as architectural professional principal consultants and principal agents. Through the various stages, inception, conceptual and viability, design development, documentation and procurement, construction and close-out.

Property development and feasibility study
This involves marketing and nodal research, through macro and micro analysis site analysis and cash flow investment analysis which focuses on assisting clients in buying land, project building, creating and imagining projects from inception to close-out to maximize portfolios, looking at financial feasibility, legally permissibly to attain the highest and best use working with various professionals concerned. This involves also architectural design planning and forecasting of future cash-flows.
Property management
Effective management of residential, commercial and industrial properties in an integrated method, to allow for maximum capital growth on property investments. Through long term and short term strategies of physical property capital assets that are acquired and used to build, repair, maintain and long term sustainability of buildings.
Property asset management and advisory
This involves a process of managing physical assets and focuses on residential, industrial and commercial property. This involves optimising property portfolios to seek maximum returns through forecast analysis, planning and performance management.
