- To establish upcoming self-sustaining future workplace work-readiness training programs for black historically disadvantaged graduates from townships and rural areas of South Africa.

- Establish support system, support groups and Boom Jobmatch platform to match graduates job seekers to employers based on the profile and needs.
- Working together with experts and competent partners of relevant markets to attract necessary investments to bridge digital workplace skills gap in 4IR and showcase digital careers.
