I will need a bit more info on your requirements (work hours, duties, live-in/out, your location, salary, ages of kiddies to care for etc). We will then look at which ladies we have on book that meet your requirements, and can arrange interviews for you.
All our ladies complete our Child Care Course before being placed ( even the ladies that do DOMESTIC WORK ONLY) – our Mental Stimulation Course is optional. It is part of our screening process, so that we get to know them a little bit better first, and we offer a 30, 60 or 90 day replacement period (*please see below for fee structure), where, if you are not happy with the lady, we will replace her for you. We also perform a fingerprint-based SAPS criminal check on the ladies that we place. Our placement fee is once-off, but we are always on hand for advice on labour issues, leave, increases, or anything else you may need info on. The candidate will work for you, and we will supply you with employment contracts, UIF docs, a payslip template, and templates for feeding and medicine charts that we taught her to use on our course.
With all our placements, we also offer the OPTION to have a DomestiCare Medical Insurance policy for your new staff member. The cost of this policy can be incorporated into the salary offering (so it will not cost you anything more - both employer and employee will pay R119pm, the employees contribution can be built into her annual package, and reflect as a monthly deduction on her payslip). Help at Home will, upon placement, send you the documentation required to enroll for this policy, and assist you with enrollment. The medical insurance can be paid annually, instead of monthly, and amounts to a large saving if done so.
The medical insurance policy is administered by The Care Group, and is a DomestiCare policy that will enable your employee to have UNLIMITED Private GP visits to any of over 1500 doctors (list available upon request), UNLIMITED Acute Medication, Radiology, Pathology, Maternity Sonar Scans, HIV Benefits. For an added R13,50each per month (total contribution R265pm or R132.50 for employer and employee alike), the policy can be upgraded to include Dental and Optometry Benefits as well – these benefits come in 6 months after joining, to ensure that employer and employee are committed to the policy. If you, categorically, do not want to take up this policy, please speak to us and let us know before placement is made, so that the employee knows it is not included in her package.
Help At Home also offers training to existing employees that you may have. We have a very comprehensive Child Care, and a Mental Stimulation course - together these ensure that your child is physically and mentally cared for.

*Placement fee structure as follows:
• 30 day replacement/probation: R2800
• 60 day replacement/probation: R3000
• 90 day replacement/probation: R3200
• Child Care OR Mental Stimulation Course: R1350 each
