Worst service, this guy is a con artist, stay away people. Paid him for plans in 2019, still waiting on approved municipal plans

I'm awaiting now more than a year for plans already requested in September 2019. Payment of R6000 already made to MNM Multi Projects in 2019. Till now I've only received empty promises from Mr Ngwenya. Plans will be ready this week, no unfortunately we must wait another week... And so it went. After more than a year he advised me now that munisipality needs revised SDP and he won't be able to assist further. Legal steps to be taken to get monies refunded as approved munisipality plans not received.

I requested for a plan and one of your artitector came and drafted a plan then he requested a deposit I paid 3000.00 on the 1st of October 2019 even now I'm still waiting for the plan. I called him several times and he comes up with excuses. I tried the office line but it doesn't go through. His phone is always on voice mail.please contact me.

They did building plans they were on time and i loved the design
