I have never had such excellent customer service from any other company. Their work is perfect, their return time for re upholstering 10 chairs was less than a week. I would recommend them to anyone!

They came the next day after and we’re professional and brought a wide range of samples. I got my furniture back within the week (I did a couch, occasional chairs and an ottoman) and the workmanship is excellent.
Also good communication.

I am very impressed with the work done by Ursla's Reupholster and repair services, I will recommend them to anyone, the work they did for us was said would take up to 3 weeks, however due to us having a function they had this done for us with in a week and 4 days! Ursulas Reupholstery & Repair Services are absolutely incredible. They repaired a couch for me and also reupholstered a leather couch. It is so neatly done and looks like a brand new couch. I would highly recommend them- they are professionals and are efficient.

My dining room chairs was supposed to be done in two weeks, took 5 weeks. They CANNOT work on wood, absolutely terrible workmanship. They were very willing to do what we asked, but suddenly couldn't do what we asked. Chairs backings are not the same thickness. Demanded full payment before they deliverd my chairs, because they knew we would NOT be happy with the terrible workmanship. I will not recvomend them. Wish I could load photos!!!!

I took in my lounge suite to be recovered in a different colour from the one it initially had... Maxine took me through the different fabric and colours till I made my choice, and delivery was to be 2-3 weeks after collection but then it took a week longer that agreed. I must say Maxine kept me updated with the lounge suite progress and was over the moon when they delivered as promised that they would look new and they definitely are. Their pricing was not so bad. I'm so happy with their service and workmanship and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

All I can say is that you guys are so gifted! I'm still overwhelmed with my lounge suite. Maxine is so passionate about what she does that I didn't think twice about doing business with her. The staff are pleasant, the pricing is competitive, they delivered my goods sooner than promised and they care for you like you are family!
