During lockdown due to COVID 19 Werner took a drive out on a Saturday to try and find a geyser to replace my Mom's that had burst. He also contacted his colleagues in the industry to try and source one for us; but was unable to due to all of the hardware shops and plumbing suppliers being closed. On Monday he first checked if I had was able to source one during the weekend and when I advised that I hadn't he went and bought one and installed it at her house and afterwards sent me an invoice. This gentleman went out of his way to assist me to ensure that my retired Mom was not without hot water for longer than was necessary and without having met him he was able to save the day. Converted from low pressure to high pressure geyser system. Werner's workmanship was excellent. Prices were very reasonable. He has great knowledge of plumbing and all of the suggestions and concerns were valid. I will recommend his work to anyone. Thank you
