E D Projects was formed during 2008 by Marius van den Heever. The company expanded business from building of houses to development of complete office blocks (like PWC in Worcester and Randburg 3 story building). The company also started a division with its own pre-cast concrete decking system after obtaining the franchise of Rib and Tile for the Southern Cape in 2007 called Eazydeck. During construction of the PWC building in Worcester E D Projects has obtained the highest score for Health and Safety in the Boland region for six months in a row by ORM construction services, in 2010 the company have acquired its own internal qualified Health and Safety Manager/Auditor. In 2011 the company has expended operations into Africa and operate in Zambia, building guest houses and involved in the mining industry, the company has also expanded to developments in the Northern Cape (Kuruman) in 2012.

E D Projects has the capability to provide a one stop construction service to any client from civil work up to final completion of the project. E D Projects has key personnel in various departments of the construction industry with a total of 80 years experience, we have our own machinery and tools (from trucks, TLB’s, vehicles and power tools) to do any project anywhere in RSA and elsewhere. E D Projects has its own team of health and safety representatives, managers and auditors that complies with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993, OSHAS 18001 and ISO 9001. E D Projects also have a NHBRC certificate, ensuring compliance with the building council, the organisation has also obtain a level 2 CIDB certificate after successfully completing a V-drain project for PDNA in Mossel bay.
