Shocking service. I requested a quote for blind repairs. I was told that they can’t quote on site and will need to take the blinds to the factory. They do this free of charge, then quote and then repair if the quote is accepted. I agreed to this but subsequently found out from other repair companies that there is no need to take the blinds off site in order to quote. I received the quote the next day and found the price too high. When I told them I will not be going ahead, they said I need to pay R550 plus VAT in order to get my blinds back since I won’t be using them. They also say they’ll only be returning them tomorrow, meaning they’ll now have my blinds for 3 days for no reason and still want to charge me. I find the whole thing quite ridiculous. I definitely don’t recommend this company.
