It was a pleasure to do business with this company. The quote was supplied very quickly and was professionally presented. It was also a reasonable charge (I compared it to three other quotes). Charlie communicated well about expected time of arrival, and he was on time. He and Nelson worked quickly and were good at asking questions and explaining processes. The final effect....I wish I had done this sooner. So lovely to see the clean carpets.
