BASIC SERVICES THAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CLIENTS MONTHLY FEE:
Cutting of grass/ trimming of edges.
Trimming of hedges & maintenance.
Shaping & maintenance of hedges.
Digging & irrigation (if required/requested).
Removal of weeds.
Spraying poison (weeds on pavement).
If applicable ants/moles/snakes.
If applicable or arranged the removal & washing of dustbins.
The cleaning of gutters 1 x per month (2 x in September).
Pruning of roses.
Pruning of any fruit trees.
Complimentary lawn dressing 2 x a year.
Big clients complimentary lawn dressing & compost 2 x a year.
Removal (if requested).
Flowers.
Small bushes.
Overgrown bushes.
Complimentary load.
The rest if required at an additional fee.
If applicable & required basic pool maintenance.
Removing leaves etc.
Cleaning pump.filters.
Chlorine.
Backwash pump.
BASIC SERVICES FOR ESTATES:
Cutting of grass inside and outside including firebreaks
Trimming of lawn edges
Basic maintenance of swimming pools and fountains and water features
Shaping and trimming of hedges and brushes
Trimming and shaping of trees
If applicable and clients agree we will provide the correct amount of trained employees and machines permanently at the estate.
Each estate will have a supervisor that ensures staff allocated are provided with required equipment
He also removes garden refuse and does site inspection 1 x (minimum) per week.
If applicable and requested – irrigation of flowers and grass.
Removal, replacing and washing of bins if requested.
Electric fences inspected and trimmed if requested 1-2 x per week depending on type and thickness of vegetation.
