I later received a follow-up from him in approx. 2 weeks after the job was done to enquire whether there were any other matters to which he could attend and to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the job done. It is very seldom that follow-up of any kind is done in the building industry - this is what I call SERVICE DELUXE - well done to Patrick!! I had a tricky problem that took some extra follow up and also certainly extra patience.Patrick was very helpful in everything and he also gave me some education on what axactly was happening.I would highly recommend this guy,very trustworthy.I needed to replace a leaky kitchen disposal and had already purchased new disposal to be installed.Few minutes from my call,the guys arrived in time,very friendly and professional.The new disposal was installed without a hitch until it was turned.It didnt take time before it broke.New era plumbing didnt hesitate to offer a solution.It had to be replaced.They removed the broken one and installed a new disposal all in the same day.Considering the time they took,their price was relatively very fair and i was very impressed.Great customer service !
