staff are very rude, wait for ever to be helped, (counter, cash office, dispatch) will not go there again will rather pay a few bucks more at another shop then waste my time and be treated like dirt.

terrible service, hold on forever for the telesales, and if you go to the shop you wait forever to be served only to be treated like an idiot by the salesperson, then you wait forever to receive your goods, only to get home and they have supplied incorrect. I have tried numerous occations to get hold of the manager/owner but no luck leave messages and he never returns your call. their prices are cheap, but I would rather spend a little more at another shop and get the correct part that I need the first time and not spend hours in the shop

very reasonable than most of the spares that i have visited around Johannesburg but you wait for long to get a quotation over the phone,

I have tried to contact Manager at Bumper to Bumper, left a few voice calls to reception, no response.
