Life is a journey that comes with different challenges at different stages. The modality that I work from is of the belief that everyone's life experience is different and unique. In psychotherapy an individual must be looked at in a holistic view and in connection with all the avenues of being(mind, body and soul). My way of working encompasses helping clients by finding patterns in their emotions, thoughts, and behaviour in order to gain insight into their current self.

These patterns can often be traced back from childhood, because an individual's psychological development is shaped by their early life experiences and are extremely influential in the psychological functioning as adults.
