Very Poor Service Delivery 1. On the 20 November 2018 I lodge a complain about Storm Water Drain to be unblocked (Ref: 3716282) but till now the drain is not yet unblocked even though I made many follow-ups. 2. Again on the 11 April 2021 I complained about same Storm Water Drain with no luck though I made hundreds emails and follow-ups (Ref: 3916685) Poor Service Delivery like this is unexpected. How come I cant get help whereas I communicated with top Managers (Mr Hendre Nil: Operations Manager : Roads and Storm Water Planning). This is a trauma and pain in my heart. My house was flooded many times and I lost many of my household and my furniture was damaged. Please I'm begging you to help me.
I don't think you deserve even One star as I am still waiting for action on my request of 20 December, reference 3615456, to have my road graded. I have tried to get you on the phone - get answering phone - leave message no one ever comes back. First Road Inadan A. H. / Farmall is not like a river bed it takes me 3 minutes to drive 300 metres. Please can you send a grader as you have done about twice a year for the last 14 years!!
