I have visited this store on more than one occassion, usually the service is ok, but today there was attitude from the lady behind the counter, red shirt with aramex logo embroided on. I asked to have a look for a parcel that I was expecting and from the get go, no smiles, she opened the file, closed it and continued to assist another customer. For this very reason, I will NEVER go back to this store, I will rather take my business elsewhere, where I am considered as a person, not u guys doing me a favour. DISGUSTED!!!
