Our small hands on intuitive team combines extensive experience from within the hospitality and service industry. We have worked in 4 and 5 Star hotels while covering administrative, operational and managerial roles.

We provide a 'site and venue selection' service for your upcoming board meeting, function or conference.
Your budget, location, program and preferences are all taken into account when collating various quotations for your consideration.
Our conference management service covers the organisation and preparation of your agenda, including coordination of speakers, entertainment, activities and formal evenings.
When required, we assist with registration and provide on-site operational management.
Group accommodation is also sourced and secured according to your specifications.
The logistics of individual delegates, dietary requirements, transport arrangements and room allocations form part of our service.
For Corporate and leisure events - We tailor and quote each event to each individual.
Corporate events may include awards evenings, cocktail functions, team-building, exhibitions or product launches.
Leisure events may include social & family functions, corporate incentive travel and special interest groups.
