I had pain under my right heel, so I went to Cherie Viljoen, informing her when I got there that the reason why I had come in to see her, was I was scheduled to go to San Fransisco and I gave her the exact dates of when I was leaving. She indicated that it would take time to heal, but that she would see me before I left to see if there was a need for any alterations to the inserts she had made. She suggested/committed to the dates. The week I was scheduled to go in for that check -up, I was informed she was on holiday overseas, and that she was helping out her brother.I paid for one initial consultation, and the two inserts for the alignment of my feet, and one very brief consultation of receiving the inserts of R3200 upfront. I subsequently did not wear the inserts to San Fransisco, as I found whenever I wore them, the pain under my heal on my right foot intensified. Highly disappointed in her service, credibility and professionalism. I will not recommend her to anybody.
