After working for 17 years in the insurance industry, I completed my BA Hons. in Psychology, and a BPsych conversion during which I completed followed by a year’s internship with Family Life Centre. In 2011, I completed the HPCSA Board Exam and qualified as a Registered Counsellor. I have now been running my private practice here in Johannesburg for over a decade. Using a solution focused approach to therapy and a variety of techniques I will journey with you as you navigate the speed bumps of your life. I also utilise CBT, ACT and BWRT approaches. I have a gentle and compassionate approach to counselling as we work towards solution-focused outcomes.

I hold a BA Majoring in Psychology and International Relations and an Honours BA Psychology. I completed my BPsych internship at Family Life Centre. During my internship year I trained as a Divorce Mediator.
I am registered with the Health Professions Council and the Board of Healthcare Funders. As a Psychology Counsellor, I am also a member of Psychological Society of South Africa (PSySSA).
