We recently completed a rezoning application to increase density on a residential property to allow development of apartment units in Comptonville Johannesburg. The rezoning application was approved after 6 months and its rights were promulgated 2 months later.

In all our applications, we do a pre-application inquiry to council to determine if a town planning application will be supported before a client commit to submitting an application. Given that we work with town planning applications whose outcome is the discretion of municipal officials, we do best to advise clients whether what they intend to develop will get approval or not given to the nature of their properties.
