Units flooded. Coincidence I arrived. Comms from company slipped through nets. No staff on site to help. No replacement boxes or package tape. 12 hours of wet damaged items. 5pm outsourced transport co packed my boxes. Storage had closed, no staff on site, left to manage tired hungry disgruntled employees. Bryanston to Roodepoort. staff waiting, tired and disgruntled. They finally left. Stood in dark deserted location with manager. Truck broke down! Home 9pm. Following morning packed new units. New inventory, sort damages, nowhere to spread them in order to dry out.Since then not 1 returned phone call/text message, over 2 months. Herbet, the owner, eventually spoke with him. Bleeded his heart, total shock, knocked us off our sox, working around clock to rectify and resolve. Been arguing with landlord months, sewage pipes, a flood is inevitable. Contacting 0861 number for 2 months, not received a single constructive outcome.
