Siyabonga Ntshangase- Counselling Psychologist Savoy Estate, Johannesburg  

Siyabonga Ntshangase is a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (Reg number: PS0134074). He obtained a Masters Degree in counselling Psychology at the University of Johannesburg. A public speaker and mental health activist, Siyabonga has a keen interest in the provision of mental health services in post-apartheid South Africa. He has been practicing as a psychologist since 2017 and has experience in service at a student wellness division at a public university in South Africa.
As a black male psychologist, Siyabonga represents a type of professional that understands the context of psychological tools and intervention in the history of South Africa. He often incorporates societal and cultural context in the understanding of individual behaviour, which is seen in endeavouring to offer services that considers linguistic, socio-economic and cultural influences. Siyabonga is also a host of a mental health program, offering courses on mental health topics i.e. stress management, assertiveness and building healthy habits.
