Came in at 10:20. Was told it would take an hour. Been almost 2 hours. People arrived after me and have already left. Very dissapointed. It's not a cheap service for a simple road worthy certificate. To which I was asked quite sarcastically... if I want a "matrix certificate ". I am not happy.
